When you write to us, we store your first and last name, email address, message and any phone number you choose to provide, to answer your request. Authorised team members can access these details.
Operation and security
The website runs in Switzerland (Google Cloud, Zurich region). Our hosting service processes technical requests, including IP addresses and timestamps. To protect forms, we limit requests by IP address. The public website does not need a login cookie; the internal editorial area uses a session cookie for signed-in users.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used. They set cookies and collect technical usage data, such as pages visited, device and approximate location. Microsoft Clarity records clicks and scrolling; anything typed into form fields is masked. The providers may process this data outside Switzerland. A notice on the website explains this.
